The 340Y lamp is a transparent demonstration of functionality in which every component is purposefully placed. Its architectural structure and material choices prove a commitment to both aesthetics and utility.

Originally created for a project in 2009 together with designer Henrik Enbom, the 340Y emphasises durability and practicality through its carefully selected materials: clear acrylic, aluminium, and concrete. The lamp’s visible structural elements embody Kukkapuro’s signature design language, blending form and purpose. Its adjustable design means that light can be directed according to the needs of the space with a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

Taking inspiration from stadium lights, Kukkapuro reinterpreted industrial design in the 340Y. Manufactured by Saas Led Industries in Helsinki, it stands as a testament to Finnish artisanship and innovation. The lamp was designed in collaboration with Henrik Enbom.
